Resources Regulator appeals MMS sentence

The NSW Department of Planning and Environment’s Resources Regulator has confirmed the commencement of an appeal in the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal in relation to the sentence imposed on Macmahon Mining Services Pty Ltd (MMS) following the death of a worker in 2013.
